Public methodology, version 1.0

Primi Centum public readiness methodology.

A citation-ready summary of the purpose, principles, responsibilities, and public outputs of Primi Centum. It is not the private operating specification.

Scope of this publication

This document explains public principles and responsibilities. Confidential product configuration, technical implementation, security controls, private role libraries, and customer-specific operating rules are outside its scope.

Public definition

What does role readiness mean?

Role readiness is the evidenced ability to carry out agreed role outcomes at the expected level, with required support visible and an authorised human decision recorded at the review point.

Public principles

Seven principles for an accountable transition.

01

Role-specific

Expectations reflect the actual role and operating context.

02

Outcome-led

Progress is described through observable results, not lengthy narrative.

03

Evidence-informed

Decisions refer to proportionate and relevant evidence.

04

Manager-accountable

An authorised human owns each review and final decision.

05

Support-first

Gaps lead to specific support while intervention can still help.

06

Time-bound

Outcomes and support actions have clear review points.

07

Traceable

The final record explains what was reviewed, decided, and assigned.

Public lifecycle

A high-level journey, with configuration remaining private.

  1. Programme definition

Agree the role purpose, intended outcomes, responsibilities, and appropriate evidence.

  2. Starting context

Record initial understanding, access, and known support requirements.

  3. Structured reviews

Review concise evidence against the agreed result and quality standard.

  4. Support and follow-through

Assign a specific support action, owner, and review point where needed.

  5. Closing decision

Record the authorised human judgement, remaining support, and next steps.

Evidence and interpretation

Proportionate evidence, interpreted by an authorised human.

Evidence statement

Evidence may include a work output, system record, approved link, completion record, acknowledgement, or authorised observation. The appropriate evidence depends on the role and outcome.

Human decision statement

Primi Centum organises information for review. It does not make autonomous hiring, dismissal, promotion, probation, or performance decisions.

AI statement

Where AI-assisted authoring is enabled, it may draft outcome wording, pass standards, and evidence requirements. Human review and approval remain mandatory.

Interpretation limits

A readiness record reflects agreed role outcomes and available evidence at a particular review point. It is not a measure of a person's inherent ability, potential, health, or personal worth. It does not replace accreditation, regulated competency assessment, reasonable-adjustment processes, employment policy, or legal advice.
