Integrations and data routes
Fit Veritas into your operating environment with clear boundaries.
We establish what data must move, which system owns it, who can authorise the exchange and how the result will be checked. No connector, API or sign-in method is presented as available until it is confirmed for your implementation.
Our integration position
A precise answer is more useful than a wall of logos.
Veritas does not use unverified integration badges. The implementation scope records the systems involved, the agreed route, the information exchanged and the owner responsible for checking it.
Current public position
What buyers can rely on from this page.
Availability is stated by operating status rather than implied by a product logo.
| Route | Public position | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| In-product employee records | Current Maintained in the browser-based platform within authorised access. | Confirm roles, permissions and record ownership. |
| Employee data-protection export | Current A structured export is available for an authorised data-protection request. | Confirm the request, revision and authorised recipient. |
| Migration or bulk data route | Scope first Source format, fields and validation must be agreed. | Provide representative source data for review. |
| Payroll, finance or external HR system | Scope first No generic connector is promised on this page. | Define the exact data and decision hand-off required. |
| Customer-facing API or single sign-on | Confirm in writing Method and availability depend on the agreed solution. | Include the technical and identity requirement in due diligence. |
Solution design
Four questions define a useful connection.
- 01
What is the source of truth?
Name the system and the record owner before deciding how information should move.
- 02
What must cross the boundary?
Use the minimum fields, frequency and history required for the operating outcome.
- 03
Who can authorise and access it?
Confirm responsibility, permission and the handling expectations for workforce data.
- 04
How will the result be reconciled?
Agree how completeness, rejected records and subsequent changes will be checked.
Questions and answers
Integrations and data FAQs
Does Veritas publish a list of pre-built integrations?
Not currently. We do not present a connector, customer-facing API or single sign-on method as available unless it has been confirmed for the proposed implementation.
Can data be exported from Veritas?
The current product includes a structured employee-data export for authorised data-protection requests. Other export requirements should be confirmed against the workflow, format and permission scope needed.
Can Veritas connect to payroll or another HR system?
The data boundary and required hand-off are reviewed during solution design. A payroll exchange, API connection or named third-party connector should only be treated as included when it appears in the agreed implementation scope.
Bring your architecture
Map the system boundary before committing to a connection.
Share the systems involved, the required outcome and representative fields. We will confirm what is current, what needs solution design and what is outside scope.
