01
Who is responsible
Veritas Management is responsible for handling personal data collected through this website and its business-enquiry form. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to [email protected].
This website does not currently publish a company registration number or postal privacy address. You can request further controller-identification details using the contact above.
02
What we collect
If you request a consultation or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, organisation, role, workforce size, region, area of interest and the information you choose to add to your message.
The public form is not an employee-record intake route. Do not submit employee records, health information, passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive personal data.
03
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond, arrange a consultation, understand the operating context you choose to provide and maintain an appropriate record of the request.
The applicable basis depends on the request. It may include taking steps at your request before a potential business relationship and our legitimate interest in responding to and administering business enquiries.
04
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. The consultation form sends your submission to a Veritas application endpoint. It is held as a time-limited delivery record and sent to the Veritas contact inbox through our email provider. Providers may also support website hosting, application hosting and business communications where needed.
A service provider may process data outside your country. Where applicable, we use an appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguard. Contact us if provider or transfer information is material to your enquiry.
05
Retention
The form-delivery record is retained for up to 12 months from submission and is then deleted automatically. Related correspondence may be kept for longer where it is needed for an active business relationship, necessary business records or a legal obligation.
You may ask whether your enquiry record is still held or request deletion where applicable.
06
Cookies and technical logs
At the date of this review, this static website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The consultation form contacts the Veritas application only when you choose to submit it.
Website and hosting providers may create technical logs needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the service. If tracking technology is added later, this policy and any required consent choices should be updated first.
07
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal data. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
If UK data-protection law applies and a concern remains unresolved, you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. Other local regulators may apply outside the UK.
08
Security and policy updates
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures for website enquiry data. Read the public security and governance overview for our general position.
This policy may change when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The review date above identifies the current published version.
